    Suggest app to inlcude broadcast of queue number so that people nees not hang around the waiting. Even better have sms alerta when own queue number is reaching. Having a cctv to show crowd is not really helpful

    I tried making appointment for my son but not able to. His Singapore birth certificate number is not registered??? Why? Appointment can only be made by adult only??? Please improve on this app. Hopefully make some improvement on the appointment hotline to

    The app is ok as a directory of services. In fact it looks pretty comprehensive. Its a bit slow and the UI needs to improve. But the biggest, and to me, most serious failing, is the fact that the customer cannot book an appointment other than on the same

    App is useful but public info is inadequate for people to locate it easily.
    I had to download a pdf, read it to find it is called mihealthcare Why can they just link it on nhg or singhealth's websites. News also make no mention of the app's name. And I co
