Funny how this app is better than many of tge NHS practices in the uk!

The app doesn't give any guides. There is no search option. As far as I can tell it just refers you to the GP. And nhsdirect mobile online loads so slowly. The alphabetic list does not work and again no search. ... I have the Samsung G3

Have to set up gender & DoB for every search - cannot save settings. Cannot exit out of the programme without force closing via task manager - the back arrow steps back through symptom checker. Most options lead to same 3 results so not v practical

Don't bother if you're not English, this app checks your postcode and refuses to help if it isn't English. Text on most screens says for England only. I guess they don't care if Scots or Welsh need help!

Yes its good. can find the symptoms out quite easy. Once u get past the sorry timed out part every time u type in some details. no matter now quick u type u get errors saying timed out. Rather daft if u was in an emergency having to type your basic detail

I wanted some advice and info I could actually show my GP... all this ever says is go to A&E or see my GP... I wanted this so I wouldn't have to do that! there are things we can do at home or over the counter remedies

Only can be used if you are living in England. Which seems a little silly as you can enter an English city and will tell you to contact your GP anyway so I do not see how you can not use the app if you are from Scotland, Wales or Ireland.
