What is the point of the app telling you the venues if you cant book a time and have to go back to website! Nhs pc logic at its best once again

Good app, would be better if you could book appointments. Links to other blood type services such as donating bone marrow, platelets etc which are on the blood website may encourage people to investigate and possibly donate.

Made an appointment using the app and once submitted it said someone would be in touch to confirm time. Several weeks later I am still haven't heard a thing. I ended up just phoning to book and my past app request wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Since they stopped collecting in my town, this app is useful to see when and where they will be where I work, with useful links to calender and call centre to book. Good work.

I cannot filter sessions by time or weekday - useless if can only donate at weekends ! Come on, forget about telling us how special we are - just do the job !!
