Instructions:
1. When your examinee is ready, press the "Start Examination Button"
2. When you observe your examinee perform the relevant task, simply click the checkbox
3. When your examinee has indicated the conclusion of the examination, click the "Finish Examination" button.
4. Simply scroll up and report back what was missed!
