This application calculates percentiles of weight, height (0-20 y), and head circumference (0-36 mo) based on United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC) tables. I developed this for looking up percentiles when performing clinical history taking on pediatric patients younger than 20-years-old. I will add more features with future updates, such as weight-for-stature and bmi-for-age percentiles, and weight-age and height-age, very soon.

Version 1.7 - Default values reset
Version 1.6 - Weight-age and Height-age added. 20 y/o and 2 y/o data points included, other locale message improvements
Version 1.5 - ft/in conversion error.
Version 1.4 - Spanish translation and bug fix related to crash on calculation. Please clear the application data (Settings->Applications-> Manage applications-> Percentiles-> Clear data) if you get force closes; do it anyway just in case.

Simple
Works great and very accurate. Love that it goes through the whole childhood and teen years. :)
