When you sign in to PerfectServe Clinician, use your PerfectServe username and password (enter only the first part of your username – e.g., “jjones”). Also, be sure that “Save Password” is set to “ON” so that you won’t have to sign in every time you launch the app.

Had to uninstall and install multiple times and still can't hear messages, play button doesn't work. Randomly makes me input my user name & password. Was much better a few months ago. "Fixes" broke it.

The call a pt feature is great but would appreciate an automatic call back feature after listening to the patient's message.

I like the call a patient feature.
