Slow to load and slow when performing search. I hope omnio will revamp the interface. Not very user friendly at the moment. On the plus side, bookmarks are now synchronised across your devices.

Bring back Skyscape please. It was indispensable! Omnio is a total disaster. It take so long to load, no matter what I try to do. I no longer use it and am actively looking for a substitute. I will not buy a single book or renew any book with Omnio as it is now. So sad. Gone Medscape!

I have to agree with most of the newer reviews. This app is practically unusable at the bedside due to lag. It takes forever to even open the app, and then the app lags during use. I have a computer in every exam room and, even though I'd rather use the texts that I paid for through Skyscape, its awkward sitting in front of a patient waiting and waiting for this app to come up and then waiting eve

that was required for nursing school for the Skyscape app which included the ebooks I need for clinicals. I was pleased with how well I could navigate Skyscape to get to the information I needed in a timely manner. Omnio is not the app I purchased. Omnio is difficult to navigate and is very sluggish. I don't have this kind of money to throw around on an app that decides to do a total overhaul with

Ruined the utility of a handheld medical resource application. I have used Skyscape for over a decade going back to my Palm Vx. Each iteration gets slower on faster hardware. I use a Galaxy s4 and this app lags to where it is not usable. It's faster to use Wikipedia on my laptop than this monstrosity. Simplify it! Medical professionals want function and information, not pretty icons and tabs

Opening app is slow. Pressing button going into drug info section is too slow & typing response too slow. The only reason I still keep it is because I haven't found a better free offline resource... yet

I like the skyscape more, it was easier to use . The Omnio is a little complicated.

The only useful texts (the ones you'be bought are surrounded by a very laggy program offering a huge number of texts features and calculators that you would never use.

I love this app for medical information. Unfortunately the UI is worse than the original DynaMed. The new UI is a lot more confusing

I have used skyscape resources for many years. The Omnio replacement pales in comparison. Would not recommend Omnio.
