The features that it has work flawlessly, but it definitely used to have a network services function which nolonger works and just says coming soon - so now the only time you would use this instead of the real remote is if you need to input text in a sear

This feature is coming soon, sometimes its there sometimes its not ! The most useful function was being able to use the network features but its gone ! SideView app is also just as pointless, think about function not just replace a remote control...

Tried installing other Sony apps to no avail, however tried third party apps for media streaming and works to an extent, ie sound control, media streaming. If this is ever fixed on this app then I'd change review. Rather disappointed by this as would be

Where is the old universal remote app? This is only for sony devices. Watch now won't work with this. Jelly bean update ruined the remote app. Not happy with Sony at all!

Provides basic functions, expected much more from a 'smart tv' line, not just receive a lined set of commands over ip. Tv not found error is constant

I use the iPhone app with my BDP360 so I'm assured that my network is fine. The app can see my BluRay on the network but when I click on it to register the app simply restarts. It's bugged. Unusable and so one star.

Fairly reasonable, but just can't get Volume Down to work neither for Sky+, nor for the TV. Tried everything, from automated to Learn Command, still won't work.... Could you please fix?
