RealSilent mute the media volumen on your mobile device when you change the ringer to silent
I bet it happened to you: after switching the ringer to silent, you started a game, a music player or any other media source and your Android started to sound loudly, embarrassing you. That's because putting the ringer to silent doesn't mean to silent the media volume too (they are independent). Well, until RealSilent burst the scene.
RealSilent ends up with this issue. It allows you to mute on silent mode, as well as vibrate or restore media volume to what it was before going to silent/vibrate. Just in case you were worried about it: no, it doesn't change the alarm volume.
Useful, isn't it?
- Ability to mute on silent mode, as well as vibrate.
- Ability to restore media volume to what it was before going to silent/vibrate.
This app will NOT change the alarm volume. It only makes sense, and if you want the alarm volume to be silent when the phone is silent, please do so on your preferred alarm application, most let you change this setting.
- New icon.
- Better and simplified interface.
- Removed PayPal donations and all the unnecessary permissions.

Just got a Galaxy S4 as my first smartphone and was annoyed that setting it to vibrate didnt stop games and other apps from blasting sound. With ipod touch and using friends' iphones, you could set to vibrate and safely play a game in a library or whateve
Does exactly what it says, and well
Doesn't work on the Nexus 10. Always goes to vibrate automatically.
Always a must have app...and now the developer removes all unnecessary permissions. Superb. Take my money.
Stopped working with 4.1 OS update. Tried uninstall and reinstall but still broken
