Does really well in low bandwidth situations. Would like it a lot better if it did lag so much when navigating through dvr menus or changing channels. But a pretty solid app for the most part.

Set up was easy. Picture quality is better than old Slingbox Solo. Only hiccup was, I had to uninstall the app, then reinstall it to get it to work. Simple fix. Works great on my GS5 & Tablet. Totally satisfied and ready for football season. Thank you Sling media.

with the Slingbox. A ripoff to buy the box but then have to buy app to make use of it. Also, send to Roku button doesn't show up. Too much $ to experiment to see if send to Roku would work from my phone.

A bit pricey is my only con. I use this all day every day to stream Sirius audio to my office or watch news headlines while working. As the slingbox and office location are on the same local network, 99.9% of bandwidth used doesn't hit the Internet. Great app.

The slingplayer app doesn't work with the ART runtime which will be bad news for when android L is released and the art runtime is the default.

I'd give this five stars except for two huge problems that make it far less effective and easy to use: 1) There's a separate tablet and phone app. Why? It's totally unnecessary; the difference in features is also small, but frustrating (tablet app cannot forward to Roku, for example, but phone remote is terrible.) Why not make one app with some default feature set, then let the user select their

Sweet App!!!!!! I use this app on my Android Tablet, my Android Phone, my wife's Iphone and my laptop. I've read some negative reviews and don't understand. Purchase this app I say, it is worth the money. As you can see I have purchased this app multiple times. It is worth every penny!!!!!
