If I create a new wav file to record, then, as it records, the sound is all broken-up. If I select an existing file to overwrite, then it indicates that it is recording, but the wav file is not updated. I am using a Samsung Note Pro 12.2 tablet, with KitKat 4.4.2, and a quad-core processor. I have tried both internal and external storage.

You can't listen to what your doing when recording. No way of selecting new project. Have to start on their tune every time. Please sort it out a little bit.
