Cleartune is a chromatic instrument tuner and pitch pipe that allows you to quickly and accurately tune your instrument using the built-in mic in your Android device. Features a unique "note wheel" interface allowing you to quickly find your pitch, paired with a highly responsive fine-tuning meter for the perfect tune. Includes support for custom temperaments, transposition, notations such as solfège, adjustable calibration and more. Cleartune can tune acoustic or electric guitar, bass, bowed strings, woodwinds, brass, piano, tympani, tablas and any other instrument that can sustain a tone.
Compatibility:
We regularly obtain new Android devices to test compatibility. Currently Cleartune does not support very small screens, but we are unaware of any other compatibility issues on any device . If you have any issues with Cleartune, please let us know so we can obtain your specific device for testing.

Should contain a plus and minus button so you can controllably obtain a desired frequency without having to find it by turning the wheel. Other than it is wonderful and I use it all the time to tune my trumpet!

I am using to tune my cello, viola da gambas and harpsichord. All between a440-415-392. I have to change temperaments all the time. I would be awesome if could save a combination of settings in presets.

This app has really improved recently. Working better and better.I teach middle school orchestra and have to tune lots of instruments.

Very effective on Galaxy S3. I use my own temperament tuning; got 2 problems: 1) App does not provide a way to enter negative values when entering a temperament. I cut & pasted a negative sign into the listing - it worked! But needs a negative button.
