I sync all my songs with playlists took an hour, the next day, all the playlists disappeared but the songs remained. WTF?

The computer version said' phone synchronization is completed' but there is nothing in the playlist. It works well with the old version of Google play music, the apps doesn't work after I got updated. Very disappointed
