Syncs play and skip counts perfectly in both directions, and also transfers over WiFi - love it

It seems lately that during WiFi sync, it will remove songs from my phone (like it should) but then it stops without adding the new songs from my iTunes library. I have to manually do another sync to get that part done. I also tried a media rescan just to be sure they weren't there... Not sure if it's user error or not, but I'm not doing anything different that I can think of. Not a huge deal, but
