Klipsch Control offers complete control of music and calls with Klipsch Image S4A™ for Android™ headphones with the convenience of a customized user experience. The button press actions can easily be set to a variety of different functions.

Compatibility:
Volume Control (Android 4.0.3 or later)
The volume control function in the Klipsch Control app is overridden by the system command to launch voice search.
Motorola Droid Razr (running Android 4.0 or later)
When running Android 4.0 or later MotoBlur conflicts with Klipsch Control, preventing the device from properly receiving button commands. Klipsch Control continues to work properly on the Droid Razr with Android 2.3.6 and on other devices running Android 4.0.
Samsung Galaxy S II
Samsung Captivate
Due to software conflicts, the Klipsch Control app is not fully compatible, specifically, the Klipsch S4A™ headset only supports voice control, call “Answer” and “End” functionality. Klipsch continues to work on an update to allow full functionality on these devices.

It may be possible to "out-click" the phone hardware so if there are issues with double and triple clicks intercepted as single clicks, try clicking a bit slower for better accuracy.

Functions:
Play/pause
Track forward/track back
Volume up/down
Answer/end calls
Mute microphone*
Redial
Voice search
Voice command

Button presses:
Single click
Double click
Triple click
Long press (not customizable)

Compatibility:
- This app is not compatible with Klipsch Image S4i, Image S5i, Image X10i, or Image ONE headphones due to incompatibility with the Apple licensed components in those products.
- Compatible with devices running Android 2.1 or later.
- *Mute function not compatible with all devices.
- The follwing music apps have been tested and compatibility confirmed: Google Music, Amazon MP3, Pandora, Last.fm, Slacker (List subject to change.)
- The default media player on the following devices are not compatible and require a 3rd party media app for full functionality: Samsung Infuse, Samsung Galaxy S 4G, Motorola Atrix (List subject to change.)
- Headset control options in other similar apps should be disabled. Most music players that have headset control settings should also be set to disabled.
- Customizable click speed will vary by device. Some devices are not capable of faster click speeds.

Used to work in older versions of Android, but now has the following bugs for me: randomly switches music app (e.g., was listening to Google Play, but after a few tracks it started play/pause HTC music app even though Play was on-screen), double click sometimes results in redial function even if in music app, triple click does nothing or registers as double click, and long press results in Google

I just got a new pair of Klipsch because I thought my old pair was broke. When I long press the button on my headphones the galaxy s voice command comes up. No way to change it. Also this app never gets the "last used app" setting right. It needs some work. Please fix these issues.

As most of the reviewers have said this app doesn't do what it says. The only thing it does is answer calls... You can't even end calls even after defining the buttons.

Works for the most part but doesn't recognize which music player was used most recently. For example. If i was playing the thr music player and press a button, another app receives the command. Probably best to just eliminate that function. I hope Klipsch is planning on an update soon. Thanks!

Gives you some added control over headphones but not fabulous. Don't let this turn you off to Klipsch headphones, those are amazing.

No volume controls, Launches google search instead and it also has taken controls and album art from the lock screen. Would never had purchased knowing this. Please fix!!...nexus 5
