Won't run. Always says it has stopped working have deleted and downloaded many time still the same thing

Would, give higher rating but half the time anymore it doesnt work and I have to shut off phone to get it to work only to have it randomly stop working...when it does work its, awesome

I love Q102. But it doesn't always come in where I live. I downloaded the app but it always ends up stopping. Never works for my phone. Please fix this.
