MOG is good, but can't compete with Spotify or Rdio
If good sound quality and thoughtful recommendations are important to you, MOG could be a welcome addition to your collection of music apps. All songs can be stored offline, and the catalogue is vast. However, playback issues hold it back from greatness.
Tracks can be downloaded in 320kbps versions. The Pandora-like radio listening option allows you to stick to tracks from the same artist. There are loads of artists included; some that you won't even find on Spotify. AirPlay support is integrated well, allowing you to stream to other speakers.
You need to buy the $9.99/month Primo subscription for listening on a mobile device. You don't seem to be able to fast-forward or rewind tracks. High quality audio is only available over WiFi, not 3G/4G. TIDAL offers CD-quality music, meaning MOG no longer boasts the best sound for mobile.

I'd love it if it didn't crash all the time. 12 times and counting this morning.
My mate and I both have the app and are finding that we can't find the same music. He can find songs that I can't and the same goes in reverse. Also the album art is not showing up anymore. Can you fix this?
Great app, have used it since it came out. In the last week it hasn't allowed me to stream or download anything! Is this happening to anyone else? Please fix because this is one of my most used apps!
At the bare minimum you need to add the ability to save playlists like in the desktop version, and remove the 250 track limit for the play queue.
Used to barely work, now it doesn't work at all. As are others I'm getting connection issues its been 5 days now since I could listen to a song via Mog
Hopeless just does not even start
Get connection issues messages on an almost daily basis. Sometimes it mixes up song order on the playlist. Plays a different sing to the one chosen. Forced to use it for Telstra reasons.
