The patterned background is annoying, especially with a dim screen brightness in low ambient light. I could find no option in the app to set the Bluetooth headphone buttons to skip a configurable number of seconds, which is useful for audio books. The default and only option is to jump to the previous or next track. Otherwise it's a nice app.

Love the app, UI is pretty well laid out and easy to use. Track navigation buttons from the pulldown menu and you can close the app from there as well. Only thing I wish this app had was the ability to sort tracks by the track number in the file's meta tags. Most of my music simply just contains the track name, so they play in the wrong order.

I play mp3s on my computer by folder and don't like libraries that use tags. This is the way to do that on Android. I pair this with File Manager (Cheetah) to move downloaded podcasts to my device and then this to play them. Works awesome.

The Moto X default player is Google Player, which makes it impossible to play the music in order by album, as the artist intended. I don't play songs. I play complete albums. This app is perfect. I set Moto Assist app to fire up this player whenever it detects connection to my car, and it picks up in my CD collection where it last left off. I must have tried a dozen apps until I found this. Works

Rescan sometimes notices new folders, sometimes doesn't. So can only play some MP3s.
