Issue downloads but the loading screen freezes the app.

Crashed pretty much reliably the first time you launch it after it hasn't been used for a few hours or longer. Often forgets the login details so need to re-enter password. Reading occasionally freezes preventing thing such as scrolling down on articles. No ability to alter brightness of screen from within the app. Could be a LOT better.

App has improved a lot since early version. Subscription price is very high though.

Two weeks of figuring out how to use it, looking back at past issues, lovely. Now won't open anything, sticks on what I assume was the last thing I looked at, though there isn't actually a way of picking up from where you left off unless you leave the app open - is there another way of accessing my subscription please?!?

The text size cannot be adjusted to the right size to read on my phone. The Google Play subscription does not include full access to material on the New Scientist web pages. Don't subscribe through Google Play. Subscribe directly through the New Scientist web page.
