    It doesnt open all the time, SometimesI have to uninstall and install to get it to work! Not very convenient.

    This app is unreliable and poorly designed. It fails to download. Often won't start or display a downloaded edition.

    Well at least the PD finally has an app! Come on though, really Plain Dealer ?? Check out the NY Times ,ABC etc.formats, follow a leader! You're even noted by the librarians for the difficulty with consumer use of your on line services! Just like reading microfilm is a perfect analogy for this app!! Frustrating

    This app suck-s. It never works. The one time in 100 it does it is impossible to navigate. Bring back the printed home delivery

    Was difficult to use at first, now loads a little more quickly. Navigation buttons could be a little bigger, however
