The Ad Age Interact app is a universal scanner app designed to complement the weekly print edition of Advertising Age. The App enables Ad Age readers to read and share print content, participate in sweepstakes, contests, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry news.
Beginning with the September 10, 2012 print edition, readers will be encouraged to download the app, scan digital watermarked articles, share articles, and participate in a sweeps. On an ongoing basis, in future issues, readers will be able to use the app to unlock special content in the print magazine including mobile optimized videos, deeper information about companies and sponsors, and participate in special promotions.
The app’s universal scanner enables readers to easily scan and digital watermarks, QR codes, or Microsoft tags placed on editorial or advertising content.
