Tried to download it twice on my Samsung tablet, tells me it's downloaded, but doesn't show up anywhere on my tablet. It does, however, show up on my Samsung PHONE although I didn't download it on that device (try to read a magazine on my phone? don't think so). Thank goodness I only bought a single magazine instead of a year's subscription. (Next time I'll buy the magazine in the store.) Tryi

I used to like Pocketmags. I recently supplied evidence of purchased subscription and still a month later after payment still no magazines. I also tried purchasing a single magazine to see if this would triigger something, this also did not register despite payment being taken. I would thing very carefully before using this service. It looks like I will have to take this up with Google and the Of

I previously used this app some time ago. I have just downloaded it and it showed the one magazine purchase that i made last time was available. I tried to download it but it wouldnt work even after it used up 650mb of valuable mobile data. An absolute disgrace! How do you justify yourselves in making a ompletely useless app?

I had previously bought single issues of magazines without an issue but could not access two subscriptions. Pocket mags responded to my first email with a fix which did not work and ignored all other emails. This is very poor customer service and I have asked google play for a refund

I cannot change my login details, it is set to my google play account instead, and greyed out. Therefore i cannot read my magazines on my tablet

This app was great until I changed from Apple to Samsung. This is the only thing that I have had problems with. All of my back copies have been wiped, and I had not read a lot of them and I'm being asked to pay for them despite having another three months on my subscription. It wouldn't let me use my actual pocketmag account to login... Always creates a temp account associated with my Google account.. Which happens to be the actual email I used to register on pocket mag. Obviously this company is not doing well on the Play store... Hope your iOS app can justify your existence a bit better... But don't insult the Android users by shipping junk.

Bought a mag from the website and can't read it with the app because Google play is linked to a different email address. Can't login so can't access the mag I just bought. Ridiculous.

Purchased online using the web page, was advised at the end of the process to install the app on my andriod note pad. But I can't view my purchase on the notepad, and there is no option to link accounts or sign in with my gmail account. Warning to all, use the notepad app first. Emailed support and nothing boo

I have been using this app for several years without a hitch. However one of my subscriptions expired a few weeks ago - so I extended it though the app. The £34.99 was taken from my card but nothing turned up. Contacted support and provided the requested proof of purchase but heard nothing more despite repeated requests for a refund. Got my money back off Google in the end. Looks like I'm not

App auto signs into wrong account. Wont let me logout to attempt proper login. Clearing data, clearing cache and reinstalling do not work or solve the problem.

Bought a new tablet and now cannot access my history prior to the purchase. Also updated to latest version on my phone and laptop.Thought it must be the tablet at fault as the other two were working so I did a purchase and this shows perfectly in all areas, Just the history not loading to the tablet. I reckon its a software fault that's not compatible with android but find the helpdesk totally use
