Who are we?
The South Florida Business Report is the only show in South Florida devoted exclusively to the local business community delivering all the local business news from the lemonade stand to the boardroom. The show has produced over 23,000 local business stories and nearly 2,800 interviews with local business people. Hundreds of guests on the show have included Senator Phil Gramm, Senator Connie Mack, Steve Forbes and Wayne Huizenga. Entering its 26th year on the air, the South Florida Business Report is exclusive CBS 12 programming and the longest running independently produced local business news show in South Florida broadcasting history. Although the show is designed to reach a niche market, the program's Nielsen ratings over the years have remained consistently high. "What's really great about the South Florida Business Report," says Executive Producer David Weir, "is we're here for the business community because it's the only TV forum available for them. And, we fully support the business community that's vital for South Florida's economic health."
