Can't see many sections of content that I am paying for, formatting often takes text over page boundaries, interactive content doesn't work, crashes frequently. If it doesn't improve I'll cancel my subscription.

I have had this app through Orange swappables for months. Since the latest update it asks me to login, which means paying. Problem is I have already paid!! Not happy, this needs to be resolved.

Both android tablet and ipad apps have been totally rewritten. From being the best e-newspaper it is now the worst. Heads should roll

Been a subscriber for ages and it works perfectly, only complaint I have is that it's English-centric and uses that edition of The Times whereas I live in Scotland and news which is specific to us (esp. Sport) doesn't even get a mention, but is featured h

Before the update this app worked fine. Since, I have been unable to access it as it claims I am not eligible to use it as a swapable. Checked "Your Orange" and it conformed that I DO have The Times selected as a swapable. Joke.

Phoned the Times number, first comment was I would be charge for the call, cost would depend on my tariff. It took 11 minutes to be told there was a problem with my swappable and it couldn't be verified. It worked perfectly before the advised upgrade. N

As far as basic reading goes, this app does the job. Its lacking in extra features such as search and social media linking. Seems way behind the ipad equivalent.

The smartphone version works well (Nexus 4). Why isn't this available on my tablets (Nexus 7)? On the Nexus 7, I always have a section for Scotland - I don't care what happens in Scotland, I'm Welsh and live in Wales...grrrrr! And then we have the continu
