Talked to the dev about some problems and they supposedly fixed them but still not working with newest version. Animated radar still doesnt animate. I am uninstalling.

i was trying to sign up for txt messages for school closing and when i clicked to put the name of the school it kept opening the lottery. i am uninstalling!

Alot better than the DoApp app. More content and depth. Lots of old video and articles. Very easy to use. Must update more.
