The location (system) toggle won't turn off after turn on. I have to manually go settings > google > untick all options to disable again

I just purchased this app. I installed it as a system app on a rooted Razr Maxx. Everything works except the flashlight. This is a deal-breaker for me. I wish there would have been a way to try it before wasting $1.30. I have been using the Go Switch widget and the flashlight works fine with it. I do not like the constant updates of the Go Launcher and that is why I was trying to ditch it.
