With the GoPro App you can now control your GoPro camera remotely using an Android device. Features include: full control of all camera settings; live, remote viewfinder/preview of your Wi-Fi-enabled GoPro HERO2® or HERO3® camera for easy shot framing, and more.
The GoPro App also gives you access to GoPro's "Photo of the Day" & "Video of the Day" channels to keep you in touch with the latest radness from the GoPro Network. The GoPro App is compatible with HERO3 White, Silver and Black Edition cameras as well as HD HERO2® cameras (with an attached, optional Wi-Fi BacPac™).
COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: The GoPro App has been tested on the HTC Thunderbolt, Motorola Droid X2, Samsung Galaxy Nexus 4G, Samsung Galaxy Tablet, Google Nexus 7 and the HTC One X, with Android versions 2.x and 4.x. The GoPro App has also been tested—and performs well—on NVIDIA Tegra-enabled devices. There are some known issues with the Motorola RAZR running Android 4.x and other Android 4.0 devices, resolved by using the video preview software decoder.
The GoPro App is not compatible with the Original HD HERO camera.

Preview worked with long delay on old Hero2 does not work at all with Hero3 with multiple phones. Talked to Tech Support, and was told that's just how it is as if they don't care.

Please add media browsing capabilities. Please fix auto-orientation issues so that menu items are shown in current view. Preview still needs much work especially with latency. Thanks have a nice day. Cheers

You have to have ur phone right next to the gph3.....pointless
