I've made this app for real old school photographers or advanced amateurs shooting analog photography. For the price of a soda you will support hundreds of hours of work and will get more features and improvements than the free version. If you can't use a credit card, check mobiroo.com

LightMeter's reflected light meter only works with devices that are able to save exposure to exif. Incident light meter usually works on any device but...

Be advised that the precission and quality of this and all phone light meters is limited by the device itself. I recommend using the reflected light option, the precission can be really good. You can test LightMeter Free before you buy (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dq.fotometro)

Features:

-Better performance than LightMeter Free
-Expanded ISO range from 3 to 6400.
-Incident light metering (needs light sensor)
-Reflected light metering (needs camera, only a few are compatible)
-Low light alert.
-Camera can be muted. (not in all countries)
-Exif and sensor info displayed on screen as an option.
-Calibration.
-Vibration on measure/hold.
-Incident light reading can be held.
-Alternative ISO selector.
-State and ISO recall on resume.
-Spot measure if camera has zoom.
-Support for all screens, including extra high resolution.
-Try for free LightMeter before you buy so you can test your device capabilities.

Thanks for your support

I've never really understood the correlation between all the needed numbers . I think the layout made them finally click for me. I liked using it SO much I purchased after just 1 day using the free app. Thx David!

It says it's 12 MBs but once installed, it's 40.55 MBs. Other meter apps are around 500 KBs. Why the enormous footprint? The free version was 12. Please make it smaller.

This awesome little app passed my unscientific regression test with flying colors (and gray scales). It was tested on one of the cheapest Kyocera Android phones on the market using artificial light, an 18% gray card, a digital SLR, and a Luna Pro F hand-h
