Panodroid is an interactive panorama image viewer. It displays equirectangular panorama images (360 deg x 180 deg spherical panoramas) hosted at Flickr, local images stored on the device, or from any user-defined URL. The user can rotate the view by 360 degrees horizontally and 180 degrees vertically. Panodroid supports kinetic rotation and tag-based image queries. It can also act as generic panorama image viewer for other third-party apps.

Fixed a bug that caused a crash if a broken URL was specified.

Set "largeHeap" memory model to enable (some) Android 3.x devices to load larger panorama images bigger than about 3000 pixel x 1500 pixel (Android 2.x devices should already be able to load larger images).

My photos are zoomed in so far that they're pretty useless.

1-Very easy to import images ( web, flicker, local or URL!!) 2- loaded an image from my gallery ( I already have ready made). 3- no need for move just any jpeg. Then enjoy watching :) Cons: - does not use gyroscope , must move by hand. - no zoom in /out.

As on Mar 3, 2013 I couldn't find any browser that works on my Samsung Galaxy Note II for 360 panorama using HTML5 or flash. Now, all I need is just any jpg file in equirectangular format, download it or copy the url and view in in Panodroid. Useful for real estate agents showing VR tours on their android tablets. Lacks zoom but its pure simplicity.
