One of the most complete photo editors regarding available edition tools as well as one of the best designed and easiest-to-use. Let's clear it up.
Aviary all those edition tools you've seen in other edition apps, and even more. Thus, you'll be able to "enhance" the picture automatically with some presets (auto, night, blacklight and balance) or add effects. Actually, effects are one of its added-value features: it brings by default up to 13 different effects. However, you can download from Google Play (directly from the app) packs of effects divided by theme (grunge, nostalgia, viewfinder). More are coming.
Regarding classic photo edition tools, it allows you to crop, adjust brightness, rotate photo, adjust warmth, contrast and saturation. You can adjust sharpness too, draw over the picture and add text or even stickers. It even provides a "meme editor": thus, you can add top and bottom text to your pictures. Corrections as red eye, whiten and blemish are included too.
Aviary is set in a simple and good-looking UI. You just need to take a picture from your gallery or take it from your camera and start editing. There's a bottom bar which is actually a swipable dock from where you can select the edition tools. Once you're finished tap "Done" and it will be automatically saved to your gallery. You'll be able to re-edit the photo and share it to your social media.
