This is the lite version of PicSay Pro. PicSay is an easy-to-use photo editor that makes possible to add simple effects on your photos. You can add word balloons, titles, icons and simple graphics. There are also several options to edit photos, such as remove red-eyes, crop, and correct color, but more often we'll use them for the opposite: to distort and warp them just for pleasure. That's what PicSay is for. If you were looking for a serious photo editor, look elsewhere. This application is for fun and to entertain your friends. And it does so excellently.
Its user interface is absolutely intuitive. The sticker-like graphics are curious and the FX are right enough to be tried once.
Therefore, in short, PicSay is the perfect app to play around with your photos.
This is the free Lite edition, buy PicSay Pro and get a host of extra tools, special effects, styles, stickers, and much more.
