PicSay adds word balloons and titles to your pics.

This is the compelte version of PicSay. PicSay is an easy-to-use photo editor that makes possible to add simple effects on your photos. You can add word balloons, titles, icons and simple graphics. There are also several options to edit photos, such as remove red-eyes, crop, and correct color, but more often we'll use them for the opposite: to distort and warp them just for pleasure. That's what PicSay is for. If you were looking for a serious photo editor, look elsewhere. Anyway, this Pro version adds a lot effects (pencil drawing, etc...) that multiply the available options, so if you don't need to constantly correct and you just want to play you won't need to look any further.

Its user interface is absolutely intuitive. The sticker-like graphics are curious and the FX are right enough to be tried once. There are also some font packs that can be downloaded for free.

Therefore, in short, PicSay is the perfect app to play around with your photos. This application is for fun and to entertain your friends. And it does so excellently.

I have been using this app for years and it gets better with every update. It does so much more than apps that cost twice the price.

Dreadful upgrade to a previously superb app. Had the pro version for years and used it routinely all the time, no longer. Numerous issues with functional changes, still works but no longer in any way that's useful to me. Include, can't save to phone gallery, only cloud and that works in unexpected ways now. Loss of control over editing, exposure and contrast lumped together. Issues with the way pi
