Raw Decoder performs a real raw decoding with almost any Camera-Raw format.
You can open your raw files and save them as tiff (8 or 16 Bit) or Jpg.

If you're looking for an application which also allows you to "develop" and edit Raw-Images, take a look at Photo Mate R2.

In comparision to other apps, this one is the only one which performs a decoding of real raw data instead of just reading the embedded jpg-thumbnail.

Current supported formats include:
Canon Raw (cr2,crw), Adobe DNG (dng), Nikon Raw (nef), Sony Raw (arw), Olympus Raw (orf), Epson Raw (erf), Hasselblad Raw (3fr), Phase One Raw (iiq), Pentax Raw (pef), and even more...

Every image will be previewed as an color-image with half-resolution of your raw (for performance and memory reasons). However, you can decode the full size to tiff or jpg.

The only I found in entire Play that actually decodes in full resolution. The only drawback is that it shows me an error message saying that it failed to save the image, but when checking the folder, the exported JPEG is there. And please! Give us WB correction at least (for those who use UniWB) ( :

Finally after trying many similar programs with many more features I've found this that actually does what I need: convert RAW-files to JPEG. Well worth the money considering that the more expensive alternatives can't do it.
