Jay Hanson Wruck, C.P.P., D.D.
Mr. Wruck is a graduate of Layton School of Art in photography. Upon graduation, he entered the United States Army as a combat photographer serving in the early years of the Vietnam campaign with military intelligence. He completed his tour of duty be being assigned to the White House and the Pentagon as military photographer under the Kennedy administration.
He started a photography studio and camera shop in the Washington, DC area. His commercial photography brought him into the field of ophthalmic medical photography performing retinal angiograms locally and the processing of retinal angiograms for Ophthalmologist throughout the United States. He practiced this photographic specialty at five medical centers and private practices in addition to teaching medical photography on a university level for twenty-seven years.
