AK Notepad is a notebook/post-it based app for Android

AK Notepad is fast and easy to use thanks to its simplicity. Just right the note and it will automatically save it, no need to press on "save". You can add alarm reminders to the notes and pin them to your homescreen thanks to the customizable widgets (themes). You can use hashtags to categorize your notes, for example: #work, #school, #groceries, and so on. That allows you to easily sort and search them.

Sharing options is its strongest point: you can share notes via SMS, e-mail and other sharing resources on your Android. You can also export/import them from other devices. And finally, you can set security: backup notes to Catch.com or lock them with a passcode.

AK Notepad has been developed by Catch.com, and startup focused on the development of apps that can be a replacement for the default Android system apps.

From our point of view, interface is too sober, set in a black background. The "list" of notes becomes a bit messy if you don't take care of deleting the ones that you don't need anymore. It isn't the best notes app regarding sync with cloud-based webservice, but it's fast and easy to use, and that's what some users give more priority.
