App Backup & Restore is a comprehensive backup/restore
Unlike other similar apps, App Backup & Restore is set in a good-looking layout and it isn't at expenses of its performance. The only catch is that it doesn't backup data, just apps.
App Backup & Restore allows you to backup apps by selection them one-by-one from a list or by batches. It backup .apk and market links, even for protected apps. It also backup and restore apps from SDcard, and allows you batch restore. It sorts apps by names, install date, size in order to find and select the apps you want to restore faster and easier. It also supports auto-backup on install. This means that it will backup your apps when you install them.
The added value of this app is that it's also a apps manager. It shows storage usage, lets you installing/uninstalling apps, view app info and much more.
It supports multi version backup, in case you want to preserve old version to run them in old devices. What's more, it allows you to send .apk file through e-mail or share market link. And finally, it supports App2SD.
App Backup & Restore has been developed by INFOLIFE LLC, a settled developer focused on developing apps that enhance Android system features.

This one is the really good app for file back up ...download it then u will love it..
This was one of my favorite apps but after switching to a Galaxy s5 I am very disappointed. The app does not recognize that I have an external SD card inserted even though all my other apps do. The app is pretty useless without that functionality.
It is very nice app it help to store an important apps.....
