You must have an AT&T U-verse (R) Voice or an AT&T Unified Messaging (SM) account in order to use this app. Voicemail-to-text is included with AT&T Voicemail Viewer for residential accounts. Residential customers can order AT&T U-verse Voice or AT&T Unified Messaging by calling 1-800-288-2020 or by visiting att.com. Business customers can order AT&T Unified Messaging by calling the number on their bill or by visiting att.com. For information about AT&T U-verse Business Voice, please contact your AT&T Account Representative. The AT&T Voicemail Viewer app makes it easier to stay on top of your AT&T U-verse Voicemail or AT&T Unified Messaging voicemail messages directly from your Android device. Similar to looking at messages in your email inbox, Voicemail Viewer lists your messages, allowing you to choose the order in which you listen to them. Voicemail Viewer does not work with all Android devices. For more information and help, AT&T residential customers may visit our AT&T Voicemail Viewer web site at att.com/vmviewer and business customers may visit um.att.com/vmviewer. If you are an AT&T U-verse Voicemail or an AT&T Unified Messaging customer and are experiencing difficulty logging in to this app, please send an e-mail to vmviewer@att.com to include your wireline telephone number and device you are using to access the app.

Samsung Galaxy SIII. Installed on my phone. Works perfectly. Go figure. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 Keeps asking for my pin but won't open. Just freezes and I have to turn my tablet off to get control back. Reinstalled and couldn't get past the EULA

Won't let me log in. There is NO way I'm going to contact Help as suggested for a thing that doesn't work the first time I use it.
