Reported a noise disturbance yesterday, that was never responded to and the status remains open 24 hours later. Another Finch waste of our tax dollars.

This app use to be better before the update. Now when I want to report something the app stops.

I have submitted 2 reports; 1 regarding graffiti and 1 regarding deco-lights that are out, and both were falsely updated to say that the problems were fixed. Who is responsible for updating the status of the reports and how can I contact them? Rating 5 stars because the app is a great tool to report things, just upset about the response or lack thereof to problems.

I like that I can report the things that matter as a bridgeport resident
