There are four main areas in Cartavi to help keep you more organized and productive:
➤ Transactions: Create an online Transaction Room and invite all of the participants in the transaction to join—from the buyer and seller, to the loan officer, appraiser and attorneys—and securely share the documents supporting the transaction.
➤ My Docs: Think of it as your personal file cabinet in the cloud. With My Docs you can store and access all of the documents that support your business.
➤ Inbox: Receive documents directly into your Cartavi Inbox via email or fax*. Move or Copy the documents from your Inbox into one of your My Docs folders or any Transaction Room.
➤ Network: View a listing of all of the people you are connected to via transactions in Cartavi. You can also quickly access their contact information and a listing of all the transactions you share in common.
