Chennai Train Timings! (CTT)

Chennai Train Timings is a cool and simple app for MRTS commuters in Chennai. This app covers almost all suburban routes. Updated with the latest Chennai local Train timings released by Southern Railway www.sr.indianrailways.gov.in

Following Routes are covered:
1.Beach <-> Tambaram
2.Beach <-> Chengalpattu
3.Beach <-> Thirumalpur
4.Beach <-> Velachery
5.Beach <-> Sulurupet
6.Beach <-> Tiruttani
7.Ponneri <-> Thiruvallur

How to use this App?

To Check Suburban Time Table:
Select your route -> Provide From & To Stations / Only From Station -> Check/Uncheck for Sunday Timings -> Click Go!

You can also shake / turn your phone to switch the time.

To add your favorite Stations.

You can add upto 4 favorite stations.

Click on Edit on favorite station screen. Select favorite stations source and destination.
For Sunday timings click the check box. Hit ok button to save the favorite.

Quick Access: On Main Screen Just shake/turn your phone to access the favorite.

App Compatibility:

* ICS (4.0) and jelly bean (4.1) support.
* Android Backward compatibility (2.1, 2.2,2.3)
* Install anywhere – SD card or phone - of your choice.
* Doesn’t requires Internet connection! (Database Powered).

- Train timings with Start, Reach Time and Train Type (Local/Fast)
- Separate route for Chengalpattu and Thirumalpur facilitates correct coverage
- Single touch to Swap between From & To stations, view Sunday train timings
* Innovative Train Guide:
- Calculates duration for reaching the desired station and reminds you before the station arrives.
- Train Guide assistance which wakes you when your station arrives! So that you don’t have to remind your station.
Note: Please don’t use task killers while running the guide.

- Voice assistance – voice assistance requires a built-in TTS engine to be installed. Pico TTS is default. you have freedom to choose any TTS engine.

* Favorite Stations: Enhanced quick access up to 4 destination of your choice.
Tip: First favorite destination is accessible from by shaking / Turning your android device. (Hold your device firmly before you do that!).

* Route Map: Map with zoom effect provides Chennai sub-urban and MRTS network routes.
Tip: press and hold the map for new one!.

* Make note of Contact information for use during Emergency

* Railway helpline no’s provided (Double tap on the no to call)
