For some reason i cant log in. It says my credentials are incorrect. I use the same log in and password on the website and it works.

App is a great concept first issue I reported was acted on within a week. Second issue has not received a response or confirmation in over a week. I believe this should be taken more seriously, and move away from phone calls.

I haven't submitted a problem yet but the setup was easy. You have to verify your email address ”offline” which just takes a minute. The problem submission menus look good and seem to cover all county services.
