Dashclock Wireless Extension is an extension for the Dashclock Widget that displays information about the current wireless network. It displays the network name and the link speed.

This extension is free to use when used alone but when used simultaneously with other extensions made by this developer, a small one-time purchase is required to unlock them all.

This application is entirely open-source. If you'd like to have new features or additional languages/locales please raise an issue ticket at https://github.com/mridang/dashclock-wifiinfo or create a patch and send me a pull-request (if you're adventurous enough).

The WiFi speed gauges might as well be random. On a 7 Mbps WiFi it says 18 Mbps, while on a 2 Mbps WiFi it says 72 Mbps.

I uninstalled all apps and extensions from this developer, because rather than asking to be paid for his work up front, he has his extensions nag you to install an additional paid extension when you are using two or more of them. I have no time for this annoyance.
