Diskovery allows you to browse and transfer files from your Mac to your Android over WiFi

Download the app and set a username and password from the app. From then on, your mobile device will show up (with the name you've previously given to it) on your Mac's Finder > "Shared" devices as long as both are connected to the same WiFi network.
Start browsing and transferring files from your Android device to the Mac. It won't work the other way (from Mac to Android) unless you unlock "Write Support", which is a premium feature ($0.99).
The app is straightforward and works like a charm.

I followed the instructions, can't see my phone in Finder. 10.9.1
Works the first time I tried it. Make sure you turn on the service from the app, set up username and password. Open Finder in Mac, click Shared, click Connect As, input username and password...voila..
Installed. Setup. Connection process never completes... just the spinner and "Connecting..." message.
