Sometimes shows my files in a list and sometimes it can't retrieve them. Happens on some sites but not all of them. Would be great if it would work! Paid for the app and can't use it. All the FTP details are in correct. Some kind of permission problem. Anyone else had this issue? 'Open failed, permission denied' Very frustrating

Best source code editor for mobile and tablet. Works great on both my 7" tablet and 5.5" phone. The ability tot edit both local and remote files (trough SFTP/SSH and FTP) is the most awesome feature of this app. And unlike some others, I don't have to log in with some DroidEdit account.

It was announced our church website I'd been developing had gone live. I'd remembered there were a couple of important changes I'd hadn't yet made. With this and a good Android FTP client app I was able to make those changes on the fly. I never knew I'd need it. I'm glad my instincts were to get it.

Needs to be able to change scripting language in the app instead of just via file extension..

None of the ctrl+ shortcuts work with my bluetooth keyboard. It works fine with other code editors such as quoda and codeanywhere, but not DroidEdit. Had I known this, I would not have paid for the pro version.
