- fixed problem with font size,
- added possibility to select and copy text inside an article
- added possibility to share the whole article text
- added possibility to change font family (Serif vs Sans-Serif)
- changed the way how size of the font is set
- enabled App2SD
- fixed problems with paged reading on some articles
- fixed a couple of issues with NReadability transcoding
