Do you always wonder how to write iCalendar files attached to event invitation mails to your device calendar?
From your email app or file manager send the iCalendar (e.g. .iCal .ics, .vcs) attachments to Invitation Processor. It imports the information contained in these files and exports them to a selected device calendar.

This simple app fills an annoying gap in Android: accepting calendar invitations. Pro version handles repeating events and the accept/reject/tentative notifications back to the meeting organizer.

Have used this since Day 1 of being an Android user. Now you can accept/decline invites as well as add into calendar. Job well done!

My single biggest criticism of Android is now solved - accepting those pesky meeting invites in my imap client! If the devs can add invite responses then it gets a full five star rating...

Allowed calendar processing when nothing else would. Used it so long for free I felt I owed it to upgrade and would have paid 4x as much

This is very useful - if it would email the meeting sender an accept / decline / tentative response then it would be perfect.

Downloaded, installed, downloaded .ICS and dumped it into Google calendar. I nuff said.
