It's sad that it doesn't work with prepaid customers. It's even more sad that prepaid customers pay a premium for Data booster vs postpaid clients. Someone needs to break the oligopoly of these cell carriers have set up. Everywhere it seems prepaid custom

I've had koodo for several years and have never had proper access to self serve on either the app or the actual website. I have change my passwords and email dozens of times and it always refuses me access to my bill. If I call customer support and wait
