Will give a 5 rating once there's an update. It worked great on my HTC one, but since the last update it won't open. Contacted tech support several times to no avail. Please help fix

I just upgraded from G S4 to a G S5. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not work. It worked fine on the G S4. Why not the G S5? Please fix. Then will definitely get all 5 stars.
