Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Impossible to select locations on map, and sidebar does not help. Your app doesn't work.

Just like Glasgow city council does not work and is dodgy
by Tahir Mohammed on 02/01/2015
For older version 5 Stars. Really good app and saves a lot of time. I use it for reporting flytipping, potholes and blocked gullies. I really liked the old version, it allowed to alter the address and also you didn't have to enter the date when you are reporting the issue. Please re-introduce the ability to alter the address and also the date of reporting the issue should be set automatically.

the previous version wasn't bad, but I've given up on this. No way of reporting faults I've come across. Nothing for cycling in Glasgow. Too cluttered and trying to be all things to all.

The app is pure brilliant ! . It works perfectly ..

This is a good example of what an app isn't supposed to be. On some devices the options are invisible/inaccessible. Options on BlackBerry are different from Samsung devices. All sorts of bugs eg. Select location from map doesn't work. I could go on but suffice to say - this app sums up GCC perfectly. Useless.

You would think this app would include this also. I would be hammering it all day if it did. Fix the roads !!!

Upgraded and now it doesn't work if you report using the map.

So I can report issues more easily, but don't expect them to actually do anything about them. Mind you, you get the same unconcerned muppetry if you call them on the phone so at least it's consistent.
by Rob Lightbody on 25/02/2014
Used this to tell them my bins had been missed but they just close the report with no further information. Am uninstalling and will just phone in future. Why do they bother?
by David Meighan on 13/01/2014
The previous version allowed you to manually input the address of the incident you were reporting. This version requires you to use a map application which is only accurate to the street name. Even so, it is supposed to make it easy to report missed bin collections etc., which technically it does, but all that happens is you get a few emails acknowledging your report then the council do nothing

Installed. Opened. That's as far as it gets. Doesn't do anything else. Poor.
