1. Create User Profile - Enter your Email Address and create an App Passcode to securely access your User Profile (Note: App Passcode must be 4-6 digits and is different from your Mobilicity Online My Account credentials)
2. Add Your Mobilicity Account - Add your Mobilicity account to your User Profile using your phone number and Mobilicity PIN (This is the same PIN to verify your account in-store or when calling Customer Care)
3. Add Payment Method - Securely store your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card to make fast and convenient payments towards your monthly account fee or My Wallet account.

TIO Networks, the app’s payment processor, will charge a $1.00 convenience fee for each monthly fee payment. My Wallet top-ups are free.
